D.O.L.A.R SERVICES provides mobile notary public services, loan signing, and field inspection services in Texas. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice.

Fees & payment

Fees are disclosed before service and due at time of service unless otherwise agreed. Travel, after-hours, weekend, holiday, and emergency surcharges may apply.

Cancellations

Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling. Trip fees may apply when the notary has already traveled to the appointment.

Right to refuse

By Texas law, a notary may refuse service if identity cannot be verified, the signer appears incapacitated, appears to be under duress, or the document is incomplete.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for the underlying legal effect of any document.
